SECTION 1: OMNIPRESENCE OF CONSCIOUSNESS

1. The Omnipresence of Consciousness – When Lahiri Mahasaya Learnt of a Shipwreck in Japan While Seated in India – How Rishis Transfer Diseases of Other People into Their Own Body

This incident highlights that while the physical body of a God-realized sage is restricted to a particular geographical location, his consciousness is not. It is omnipresent i.e., present everywhere simultaneously.

Because their consciousness is omnipresent, sages can know of events happening even in distant galaxies! But how is this possible? To understand, we shall have to decipher the source of consciousness. From where does consciousness arise?

Science says that consciousness arises from neurons firing in the brain, but our rishis have identified and experienced an entirely different source of consciousness. What is this source? The answer in this episode. Another fascinating question that we examine is – how do rishis transfer wounds and illnesses of other people into their own bodies?

SECTION 2: PRANA-SHAKTI (LIFE FORCE)

1. Tribals Who Came to Loot, Have A Change of Heart

In 1981, around 150 tribals, armed with spears & swords suddenly stopped Pandit Shriram Sharma’s car. They wanted to rob the occupants of their money & belongings. Did they succeed?

2. Yogis Control Prana Shakti – Can Influence the Minds of People & Animals

One of the most important lessons we can learn from the previous episode is that yogis can transform the minds of people and even animals. If a person is angry and agitated, the yogi can immediately calm him down.

In the presence of yogis, ferocious animals become gentle. So, how are yogis able to alter the emotional state of others? Why can’t we do it? The secret lies in the control they exercise over prana-shakti, or the life force that powers all minds.

SECTION 3: ONENESS WITH GOD – EXISTENCE OF GOD

1. When I Saw Gurudev Shedding Tears of Joy Before the Living Ma Gayatri

This incident has been narrated by Shailbala Pandya, the daughter of Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya. Through this story we discover:

  1. The reason why spiritual experiences must be kept secret and not discussed with everyone.
  2. What happens during Enlightenment or Samadhi?
  3. What does Savikalpa Samadhi feel like? What do we see in this state?
  4. What is the difference between Savikalpa and Nirvikalpa Samadhi (complete mergence with God)?

2. How Could Sri Ramakrishna Be the Same as Ma Kali? Swami Brahmananda’s Amazing Vision

This incident from the life of Swami Brahmananda, the direct disciple of Sri Ramakrishna helps us understand 3 important Advaita Vedantic truths:

  1. How could Sri Ramakrishna and Ma Kali be one and the same? Sri Ramakrishna was a man, and Ma Kali is a female. How can a man and a woman be one?
  2. Why are people always craving to touch the feet of God-realized sages? What is so special about their bodies? Are they imbued with special powers?
  3. Can touching a great sage give us a direct vision of God?

3. Gurudev And Ma Gayatri Are One and The Same – When I Saw the Celestial Form of Gurudev Face-To-Face

The Bhagavad Gita states that Avatars come endowed with 2 bodies – a physical one and a cosmic one. The cosmic form is so subtle that it cannot be seen with our physical eyes at all.

To see this celestial divine form, we must become endowed with Divya Drishti or divine sight. Sri Krishna bestowed this divine sight on Arjuna. That is how he saw his Virat effulgent form. And this is the same grace that Pandit Shriram Sharma bestowed upon his disciple.

4. How the Divine Grace Arranges the Situation Around Us, to Pull Us Out of a Difficulty – The Power of the Guru’s Prana-Shakti to Change Entrenched Mindsets

A young lady suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts wanted to get married. But her parents opposed the boy because he was not from their caste. Her mother threatened to commit suicide and would get into bitter fights with her. Discover how the guru’s prana-shakti worked to change the circumstances and to transform the deeply entrenched, rigid mindsets of the parents.

The Divine guru in this story is Shailbala Pandya (“Shail Didi”), the daughter of Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya. If you, too, are suffering from an insurmountable problem and would like to receive help from Shail Didi, a God-realized rishi, then follow the instructions outlined in CHAPTER 6 of this section.

5. Fights in the Family? Hostile Office Politics? Understanding the Methodology by Which a Rishi’s Force Transformed Hate into Love

Are you surrounded by people trying to pull you down? Can the hearts of those who cherish animosity toward us ever be changed? As we all know, in the normal course of life, such a transformation is quite difficult.

People are usually set into fixed ways of thinking, and getting them to give up their preconceived notions and prejudiced opinions is almost impossible. It truly requires an intervention by the Divine Grace.

And, we listened to a powerful story of such an intervention in the previous episode. Now in this episode, we dive even deeper to understand the precise methodology by which a God-realized rishi’s Force goes about cleaving hostile ideas, prejudices, ill will, and hatred from the minds of the people around us so that the environment becomes conducive to our well-being.

6. Resolution Of Difficulties – How You Can Write To / Meet Shail Didi – A God-Realized Sage (PDF)

If you are facing a personal difficulty and are feeling helplessly trapped then please read this document on how to get spiritual help from a great sage. For many of my own life problems, I have sought her divine help.

There is a verse in the Guru Gita, which says: To the Guru who has attained the bliss of Sat-Chit Ananda, who resolves the difficulties of the disciple, I offer my heartfelt salutations. These lines convey to us that the guru often intervenes to help devotees overcome intractable difficulties. This is the Grace that great saints shower upon sincere aspirants on the spiritual path.

SECTION 4: LIFE CONTINUES AFTER DEATH

1. I Have Not Attained Moksha After Death. Only An Avatar Can Dissolve My Karmas and Free Me

Naga Baba, a well-known yogi, undertook severe penance; yet when he died, he did not attain Moksha (liberation). The departed yogi then contacted his disciple via an incredible dream and requested him to seek the help of Pandit Shriram Sharma.

2. Do Ancient Rishis Such as Vasistha & Vishwamitra Still Come for a Dip in the Ganges During Kumbh?

Ever since ancient times, the Kumbh Mela has been one of the most sacred festivals of India. Every 6 or 12 years, rishis would come out of their forest hermitages and congregate at certain sacred spots near the Ganga.

In those days the means of communication were few and so after having a dip in the holy river, the sages would gather people around them and disseminate spiritual truths to the masses.

The ancient Kumbh was like a modern-day conference of spiritual giants in the country. This festival occurs even today. But do the rishis of yore STILL come for a dip in the Kumbh? Do ancient sages who lived thousands of years ago, whose names are mentioned in the scriptures such as the Ramayana, Mahabharata and Puranas – do these rishis such as Vishwamitra, Vasistha, Parshuram, Bhagirath, Charak, Yagyavalka, Ved Vyas, Valmiki, etc.; do they all still come for a dip in the Ganges during Kumbh?

Furthermore, can a rishi living in his subtle body give us a darshan by appearing before us in a physical body? A photo of one such materialization is contained in this episode.

3. These Ghosts Have Been Uprooted from Their Home

An incident during which Pandit Shriram Sharma freed distressed spirits from their miserable condition.

4. Best & Most Reliable Way to Receive a Message from the Departed

A lady tragically lost her son. He was only 40 years old. After his passing she was unable to get closure. How was he? Was he alright on the other side? Or was he also distressed and disturbed like she was? She badly wanted to talk to him and know how he was doing. But how could she? By what method could she receive a message from her departed son? The answer is revealed in this podcast.
